Dried seaweed works well with a variety of plants, including vegetables, flowering plants, fruit trees, and even lawns. It is particularly beneficial for plants that need potassium for strong root development, such as tomatoes, potatoes, and roses.

Using dried seaweed in your garden not only boosts plant health and productivity, but also supports sustainable gardening practices by reducing the need for synthetic fertilisers.

TIPS FOR APPLICATION

We take so much out of our soil when we grow from it, especially with vegetables. It’s always a good time to put nutrients back.

Tips for application

Spread our seaweed-enriched Atlantic Garden compost over soil. Don’t dig it in, let the worms pull the nutrients down. Now sprinkle some dried seaweed and gently mix it in with your hands and leave the rest to nature. That’s it - the goodness has been restored!

Seaweed enrichment for your garden just got even better!

Why not add this to your enriched soil improver order and add that seaweedy ‘Oomph’ to your garden or allotment!

If growing organic veg this is a must have.

I grow many of my own vegetables from asparagus to potatoes and everything in between, putting a mulch of this will give you a better crop of items than any supermarket charges you the earth for and the taste is exceptional. Give it a try, you won't grow ve again without it.
